In 2009, Fred and Michelle Davis took their years of experience – Fred as a journeyman carpenter trained through the union trades in Dallas, and Michelle with deep roots in the lumber and building supply world – and built something better than the status quo.

Fred saw firsthand how much the industry could stand to improve. So when he and Michelle started their company, they made sure it was one that prioritized detail, accountability, and relationships over shortcuts and sales pitches.

By applying that same standard of integrity to every home built and remodel completed, Precision Homes has grown from word-of-mouth to a full-service remodeling and construction business serving Lindale and the greater East Texas area.
