“I hired Precision Homes in September 2013 to perform some remodeling for a house I had just purchased. This was a fairly large job involving the removal of over 2200 square Feet of carpet and tile which was replaced with hardwood. As part of the overall process I also had them to repaint the interior walls and kitchen cabinets plus a few other minor remodels. The process went smoothly from start to finish. I found Precision Homes to be professional, provided quotes on a timely manner and were competitive with other contractors I had contacted. In fact I found them to be quicker to respond than anyone else I had talked to which was one of my most important decision factors. They met their schedules, cleaned up the worksite and did an excellent job.
I have subsequently hired them to build a garage on the same property. I found their quote to be competitive and due to the success of the first remodeling job I decided to hire them for the garage. The work on that building is progressing well and has far exceeded my expectations.”

“We had a custom built screened in porch put across the front of our house in November 2015. It is 12'x54' and we are delighted with it. The workmanship is extraordinary. One of the floor boards was off by 1/8 of an inch and Fred D**** had his worker take the board and the ones laid after it ALL up, correct the mistake and put them back down. There is no shake or wobble on our porch, it is strong and well built. We are so impressed with the level of craftsmanship, that if a tornado were coming--we would go under the porch! Fred D**** and his crew were extremely polite and respectful. A couple of them smoked, and they did NOT throw their cigarette butts down on the ground, which is a pet peeve of mine. We saw smoking, but never found the butts on the ground, I guess they field stripped them and put the butts in their pocket. Precision Homes was professional, experienced, friendly and truly cared that we got the screened porch of our dreams. We love our porch and enjoy it every day! If you want your dream to come true, be perfectly and professionally built, Precision Homes is the one to call. From now on, if we need anything else done, we will call Precision Homes. We highly recommend them!
